Please read the following to learn about our return policy for training courses.
Cadence Solutions Inc. provides digital training courses and virtual events that require advance registration and specific technology setup. By purchasing a training seat or course from Cadence Solutions, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, substitutions, and refunds.
Digital Nature of Courses:
All Cadence training courses and workshops are delivered virtually through Microsoft Teams. Participants will receive class materials electronically prior to or during the session. As our courses are digital in nature, physical returns are not applicable.
Equipment Requirements:
Each participant is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to participate successfully, including a reliable internet connection and a computer with Microsoft Teams capability. Cadence is not responsible for participant technical issues that prevent attendance or participation.
Participant Substitution:
A registered participant may be substituted at any time prior to the class start date by emailing training@cadencesolutions.ca
with the substitute participant’s name and email address. No administrative fee applies to substitutions.
Buyer Cancellation:
To cancel a registration, notice must be provided by email to training@cadencesolutions.ca. Cancellations received 10 or more calendar days before the class start date will receive a refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received within 10 calendar days of the class start date are non-refundable.
No-Shows:
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled class (“no-shows”) will not be refunded. However, Cadence will make all class materials available electronically for the registered participant.
Buyer Postponement:
If a participant requests to postpone their registration, Cadence will work collaboratively to find an alternate session date. If a new date is agreed upon, the registration will be transferred at no additional cost. If no suitable date is found, a refund will be issued less a 10% administrative fee.
Cadence Cancellations or Postponements:
Cadence Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class for any reason. If Cadence cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If Cadence postpones a class, we will propose new dates. If the new date does not meet the participant’s needs, a full refund will be issued. Cadence will make every effort to notify all registered participants promptly of any changes.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval.
