Software Support and Maintenance is provided by OpenText directly however Cadence Solutions can supplement the OpenText offering by providing OpenText Managed Application Services to monitor, patch and maintain your OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM environment. OpenText will provide security patches and new feature released but will not apply these patches and configurations to your environments.
