SharePoint Developer

As a SharePoint Developer, you will be involved with client projects from initial scoping of the Client engagement through to the final software installation and Client acceptance. You will assist the project manager and the business analyst in implementing client requirements into Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate Solutions.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as SharePoint expert to help clients align business needs with SharePoint Online features and functionality.

  • Develop software solutions by reviewing requirements with Project Managers and Business Analysts.

  • Design solutions using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.

  • Document solutions by developing documentation such as, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and commenting code.

  • Architect, develop, implement, and provide maintenance within SharePoint and Office 365 applications

  • Lead in integration and migration of content from various platforms into SharePoint

  • Contribute to the technical direction of the Application Infrastructure practice, the solution offerings and certifications

  • Evaluate tasks and meet timelines

  • Design custom applications to automate or simplify tasks

 

Preferred Skills and Education Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with SharePoint 2013, 2016 or SharePoint Online, Office 365

  • Experience architecting & deploying of Office 365 and SharePoint Online

  • Experience with Microsoft applications including Office365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and PowerApps

  • Microsoft Certification for MS-100 and MS-700 preferred.

  • Experience using SharePoint migration such as ShareGate or custom tools including PowerShell.

  • Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and apply logic to solve business problems and a willingness to dig into the details of specific projects to ensure the appropriate approach and best use of company resources.

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
