OpenText Managed Services
Software Support and Maintenance is provided by OpenText directly however Cadence Solutions can supplement the OpenText offering by providing OpenText Managed Application Services to monitor, patch and maintain your OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM environment. OpenText will provide security patches and new feature released but will not apply these patches and configurations to your environments.
Our OpenText Managed Services are a set of multi-technology managed services, on a monthly subscription, that involve the monitoring, management, and troubleshooting of OpenText components whether on premises, in Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud. Service components common to all Cadence Managed Services are based upon practices recommended by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and OpenText.
